Mr. Harrison has extensive litigation experience and has represented clients through all phases of litigation in both first and third party cases, including trial and appellate practice. He has handled insurance coverage issues in various jurisdictions before both federal and state courts. Mr. Harrison previously served as a National Coordinating Counsel for a major insurance company, litigating class actions and complex litigation around the country. He has also litigated and arbitrated cases involving reinsurance agreements, as well as matters involving excess coverage disputes, automobile policies, homeowners policies, construction defect, CGL policies and workers' compensation matters.
Mr. Harrison is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits.
Mr. Harrison is active in the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (PAMIC) as well as other industry organizations. Further, he is active in his community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for his local fire company. He has also served as a pro bono attorney for the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project.
