Konstantinos (Dean) Katsaros is an associate in Stalker, Vogrin, Bracken & Frimet’s New York office.  His practice focuses on the litigation of various casualty, property, accident & health, commercial, recovery/collection, subrogation, insurance coverage, and complex reinsurance matters.  Mr. Katsaros has represented clients in both state and federal courts on a myriad of matters including employment law, premises liability, personal injury, products liability, construction defects and related coverage issues.  

Mr. Katsaros has extensive experience representing the insurance industry on both the claims and underwriting side.  He was seconded to a major London-based insurance syndicate where he advised claims adjusters and underwriters on various aspects of United States law.
