Joseph A. Juidiciani focuses his practice on insurance coverage and the defense of complex insurance litigation.  He has handled coverage issues involving Commercial General Liability, Personal Accident, and Reinsurance Law in various jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Stalker Vogrin Bracken and Frimet, Mr. Juidiciani served as a staff attorney for a national insurance company where he was responsible for dispute resolution and coverage and analyses in the area of toxic tort and asbestos litigation.

During law school, Mr. Juidiciani broadened his legal education through his service as a judicial intern for Supreme Court Judge Robert F. Julian in Oneida County, New York, as well as through his internship with a general practice law firm.
