Mr. Bracken is a Partner practicing in the insurance and reinsurance areas.  He has represented insurers in coverage matters for over 15 years, specializing in Personal Accident, Commercial General Liability, Property, Professional Liability, Employment, and Reinsurance Law.  He has handled both first party and third party matters in the state courts of New York and New Jersey as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey. He has also assisted insurers in drafting policy wordings, forms, and treaties.

Mr. Bracken is a 1994 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and 1990 graduate of Boston College.  He is a member of the North American Contingency Association, North Jersey Claims Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  He is admitted in New York, New Jersey, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey.
